I am more than happy to talk to you about hardwood floor installation or refinishing: whether it's to answer questions, make recommendations, or schedule an estimate. You're welcome to call any time between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays, or feel free to leave a voicemail after hours. If I don't pick up the phone during hours, it's probably because I'm running a machine or coating a floor. As long as you leave your information, I will call you back the earliest chance I get.
Estimates are always free. During the in-home part of the estimate, I'll be measuring out the square footage and verifying jobsite conditions. Most importantly, I will be communicating with you, the homeowner, to make sure I understand your vision for the hardwood floor, your questions and concerns, and of course your desired budget for the project.
A straightforward estimate may only take 15-20 minutes, but it's best to allow up to an hour for a large floor plan or if there are a lot of details we need to cover
Within a few days I will return to you a detailed estimate as an email attachment. From there we can continue to correspond via email and phone as needed.
It's highly recommend that you call for an estimate well in advance of your desired start date, as we can be booked anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks out. Occasionally we can fit you in earlier if a previously scheduled job has been postponed.
Before calling, please note that we don't do budget-grade engineered, laminate, carpet, vinyl, or tile.
